Komal is a compassionate and client-centered therapist who believes in creating a warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned space for healing. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University and has experience in both clinical and community-based mental health settings.

Komal supports individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and cultural identity work. She is especially passionate about working with women of color, first-generation individuals, and members of the South Asian community. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based practices to help clients feel empowered, seen, and supported in their journey toward personal growth.

Komal is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, and strives to offer culturally inclusive care.

Outside of her work as a therapist, Komal enjoys baking, photography, and spending time with her cats. She is currently working under clinical supervision as she pursues her Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential.
